A well regarded combat optic when genuine, but the ACOG has attracted counterfeits through third party warehouse listings, so buy from Amazon directly and be ready to verify authenticity.

More from this brandAll Trijicon rifle scopesOverview
The Trijicon ACOG TA31-C-100552 is a fixed 4x32 combat optic with a green illuminated chevron reticle (GRN XHR), sold configured to pair with an RMR reflex sight for switching between magnified and close quarters aiming.
- Fixed 4x32 magnification with a green illuminated chevron reticle
- Battery free primary reticle using fiber optic and tritium
- Paired RMR reflex sight for close quarters aiming
- Model TA31-C-100552 configuration
Who it's for
Shooters running a rifle like a .308 or similar caliber who want one optic covering both reach and close quarters aiming fit the intended use. Buyers are strongly advised to purchase from Amazon directly rather than third party warehouse listings, since counterfeit units have circulated on this ASIN.
Pros and cons
- Chevron reticle illuminates without needing a battery
- RMR reflex sight adds a fast close range option on the same mount
- At least one buyer received a counterfeit unit through an Amazon Warehouse listing
- The RMR portion needs a watch battery replaced every 2.5 to 5 years
Performance notes
Because the chevron reticle does not need a battery, the ACOG stays ready without maintenance on the primary optic, while the RMR handles the close range role and needs only an occasional battery swap.
