Nature Made Turmeric Curcumin 500 mg 120 Capsules

Overview

A 500 mg turmeric curcumin capsule supplement from Nature Made, packaged 120 count for a 120 day supply and positioned around general antioxidant support.

Nature Made is a widely distributed mainstream vitamin brand, and this turmeric product sticks to a single ingredient claim, antioxidant support, rather than the longer list of joint or inflammation claims some turmeric brands lean on. The data doesn't mention piperine (black pepper extract), which is commonly added to turmeric supplements to improve curcumin absorption, so that enhancement isn't confirmed here.

• 120 capsules, 120 day supply
• 500 mg turmeric curcumin
• Gluten free, preservative free
• Antioxidant support claim

Who it's for

People wanting a mainstream-brand turmeric capsule for general antioxidant support as part of a daily routine. Not the pick for anyone specifically seeking a piperine-enhanced absorption formula, since none is listed.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

At 500 mg per capsule with a 120 count bottle, the labeled supply runs a full 120 days at one capsule daily, a longer runway than turmeric products that require two or more capsules a day to hit the same total.
