Overview
Pouring over cereal, stirring into coffee or mixing into a recipe are the uses the description gives for this original coconut milk beverage. It is packed in cartons and sold by the case.
The year-long shelf life makes a case easy to store, and the plain original flavor avoids vanilla in savory or neutral uses. The beverage is gluten free. The limitation is that sweetness, sugar and protein are not listed.
Who it's for
Households that finish cartons steadily and bake or cook with plant milk benefit from a case. Gluten free eaters are covered by the diet tag. Those wanting a flavored milk, or those who need sugar numbers, should read a carton before ordering.

Performance notes
Coconut milk provides a creamy body that blends into coffee, cereal and batters. An original flavor has no added vanilla, so it takes on the taste of whatever it is mixed with. Shelf stable cartons can be stored without refrigeration until opened.
