Natural Vitality Calm Magnesium Gummies 240 Count

Overview

Natural Vitality's Calm gummies deliver 330mg of magnesium per serving in a raspberry lemon flavor, extending the brand's magnesium powder into a chewable, vegan, gluten free format sold in a large 240 count bottle.

Calm built its reputation on a magnesium citrate powder marketed for stress and relaxation, and this gummy version carries the same positioning into a format that skips mixing with water. At 330mg per serving it's a meaningful magnesium dose, so checking it against other supplements you take is worth doing.

• 330mg magnesium per serving
• Raspberry lemon flavor
• Vegan and gluten free
• 240 count bottle

Who it's for

Works for people who already know the Calm brand from its powder and want a gummy alternative, or anyone who wants a vegan, gluten free magnesium supplement without common allergen concerns. Not the pick for someone sensitive to added sweeteners in gummy vitamins.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Magnesium is involved in nerve and muscle function, and Calm's stress relief framing rests on that established role. A gummy format doesn't change the underlying biology, it changes intake, and since each serving carries 330mg, the number of gummies taken matters for hitting or exceeding that dose.
