Overview
A 50-sheet bulk pack of UCreate 140 lb watercolor paper at 9 by 12 inches, sold as loose sheets rather than a bound pad.
140 lb is a mid-weight paper stock, heavier than standard drawing paper but lighter than the heaviest cold-press watercolor blocks, which is why the listing positions it for classroom and beginner-to-intermediate use rather than exhibition-grade work. Loose sheets rather than a bound pad make it suited to group settings where sheets get handed out one at a time.
- 50 sheets, 9 x 12 inches
- 140 lb paper weight
- Loose sheet format
- Made in the USA
Who it's for
Classrooms, workshops or beginners who need a large stack of watercolor sheets for group use. Not the choice for someone who wants a heavier, artist-grade block for finished paintings.
Pros and cons
- 50 sheets in one bulk pack
- 140 lb weight handles wet and mixed media
- Made in the United States
- Loose sheets suit classroom distribution
- Loose sheets, not bound as a pad
- Mid-weight, not a heavyweight artist block
Performance notes
At 140 lb, the paper is built to handle wet and mixed media without disintegrating, though as loose sheets it lacks the block binding that keeps heavier watercolor paper from cockling during long soaking washes.
