Overview
A 250-sheet bulk box of 9x12 inch, 90 lb watercolor paper from UCreate, made in the USA with a smooth finish on both sides for classroom or home use.
At 90 lb, this sits at the lighter end of watercolor stock, better suited to student practice and mixed media exercises than heavy wet washes that call for a thicker cold press sheet. The real appeal is the sheet count: 250 sheets in one box covers a full classroom or a long stretch of individual practice without reordering.
- 250 sheets per box
- 9 x 12 inch sheet size
- 90 lb weight, smooth on both sides
- Acid-free and recyclable
Who it's for
Teachers supplying a classroom, homeschool parents, or anyone practicing watercolor or mixed media who wants a large, economical paper supply rather than a small pad of premium stock. Not for painters who need heavyweight, textured cold press paper for serious wet-on-wet work.
Pros and cons
- 250 sheets covers a classroom or months of practice
- Acid-free paper resists yellowing
- Smooth finish on both sides
- Made in the USA
- 90 lb weight is lighter than premium watercolor stock
- Not intended for heavy wet washes
Performance notes
The 90 lb weight and smooth finish handle light to moderate washes and mixed media work, though a lighter stock like this is more prone to buckling under heavy water than a 140 lb or 300 lb cold press sheet. Acid-free construction means finished pieces will not yellow or degrade over time.
