Overview
A pack of 8 polyester tying pieces from Tigofly sized at 1.2 inches and marketed toward trout patterns. At about 1 ounce total, it's a small format material meant for bodies or wings on smaller flies rather than bulk stock.
The short 1.2 inch length and trout target species point this at freshwater dry flies or nymphs where a compact profile matters more than yardage. Polyester holds shape differently than natural fibers, giving a more uniform look fly to fly.

Who it's for
Fly tiers building trout patterns who want a small, uniform synthetic material in a manageable 8 piece pack. Not aimed at tiers working large saltwater or steelhead flies that need longer material.
Pros and cons
- Sized for trout scale flies
- Consistent polyester fiber
- 8 pieces per pack
- Short length limits it to smaller flies
- Only one color option listed
Performance notes
Polyester fibers hold their shape under thread pressure more predictably than some natural materials, which helps when tying several trout flies to a matching profile. The 1.2 inch length and 8 piece count suit smaller fly bodies rather than bulk streamers.
