Overview
A pack of 200 pre-cut parchment paper sheets from Smartake, sized 12 by 16 inches for standard baking sheets and rated oven safe up to 450 degrees F.
Pre-cut sheets solve the curling problem that rolled parchment can have at the edges of a pan, and these lay flat straight out of the box. Unbleached and treated non-stick, they are sized to a standard half-sheet baking pan, and the seller lists uses beyond baking, including grilling, frying, and steaming.
- 200 sheets, 12x16 inches each
- Oven safe up to 450F
- Unbleached, non-stick surface
- Pre-cut, lays flat with no curling
Who it's for
Good for bakers who want ready-cut sheets sized to a standard 12x16 baking sheet without trimming a roll. Less useful for pans or trays that differ from that standard size.
Pros and cons
- Pre-cut to lay flat, no curling
- 200 sheets per pack
- Oven safe up to 450F
- Sized for standard 12x16 baking sheets
- Fixed size will not fit non-standard pans
- Single-use sheets rather than reusable
Performance notes
Each sheet is unbleached and treated non-stick, letting baked goods release cleanly without extra grease. Smartake lists an oven safe rating up to 450F and instructs against exceeding that maximum heat resistance.
