Overview
Not a soft two piece distance ball, this Titleist dozen is a multilayer urethane design for players who want control from tee to green. Low spin off the long clubs holds a penetrating flight, while the urethane cover grips on short shots.
Low long game spin and drop and stop greenside control serve players who shape shots and attack pins. The listing omits the model year and compression, so confirm the version if you prefer a specific generation.
Who it's for
Experienced players looking for control around the greens with a penetrating flight get a tour level ball. Newer golfers will lose them too often to justify a tour ball.
Pros and cons
- Low spin off long clubs
- Urethane cover stops on greens
- Penetrating, consistent flight
- Model year not listed
- Compression not stated
Performance notes
Low spin with the driver holds flight steady and limits curve, while the soft urethane cover grips wedge grooves for stopping power. The layers inside separate those two spin behaviours by club type.
