Overview
Skyflame's SK-QD0102-SS1 is a stainless steel propane smoking accessory sized at roughly 3.3 by 12 by 2.5 inches, small enough to sit inside or alongside a gas grill. It's built for owners who want smoke flavor from an existing propane grill rather than a dedicated smoker.
The compact dimensions point to a smoker box or tube rather than a full stand-alone smoker despite the category label, sized to hold wood chips and sit on or near a grill grate. The listing's weight figure of 544 lb does not match a 12 inch stainless part and should be treated as a data error.
- Propane fuel type
- Stainless steel build
- Compact 3.3 x 12 x 2.5 in size
- Silver finish
Who it's for
Propane grill owners who want smoke flavor without buying a separate smoker unit. Not for anyone shopping for a full-size stand-alone smoker, since the dimensions here describe a small accessory.
Pros and cons
- Stainless steel resists rust near direct heat
- Compact size fits inside an existing propane grill
- Silver finish matches most grill hardware
- Listed weight figure conflicts with small dimensions
- No description text to confirm capacity
- Not a stand-alone smoker despite the category
Performance notes
Stainless steel construction holds up to direct grill heat and resists rust better than painted steel, and the compact 12 inch length is consistent with a smoker box or tube designed to sit on or near a burner rather than a full cooking chamber.
