Overview
A commercial washroom with sensor or metering faucets is where the Eemax FlowCo heater belongs, warming water on demand right at a single handwashing tap. It is non-thermostatic, so the temperature depends on how fast water flows.
Facility managers get endless hot water at one fixed-flow handwashing faucet from a compact unit that mounts any way up. It is not meant to supply a shower or several fixtures, and it needs wiring at its listed voltage.
Who it's for
Restrooms, break rooms and remote handwash sinks with fixed-flow faucets suit this heater. Showers and kitchens with varying flow need a thermostatic or larger unit.
Pros and cons
- Hot water on demand
- Mounts in any orientation
- Compact stainless build
- Temperature varies with flow
- Made for single fixed-flow faucets
- Short parts warranty
Performance notes
Outlet temperature is based on flow rate, since the heater has no thermostat. It activates only when water flows, so it draws power only on demand.
