Overview
A facility manager with a remote handwash sink gets a small Eemax FlowCo unit that heats water on demand at the tap and runs on household voltage.
Small offices and shops get warm handwashing water from a low voltage heater that mounts any way up. It is built for single sensor or metering faucets, so it does not suit showers or kitchens.
Who it's for
Restroom and break room handwash sinks with fixed-flow faucets suit this unit. Fixtures with high or varying flow need a larger heater.
Pros and cons
- Runs on household voltage
- Heats only on demand
- Mounts in any orientation
- Temperature varies with flow
- Made for fixed-flow faucets
- Weight entry looks wrong
Performance notes
Warmth at the tap is based on flow rate because the heater has no thermostat. It activates only when water runs, so it does not hold a tank of heated water.
