Overview

Blendtec built the Designer Series around a touchscreen panel: you choose a preset cycle for smoothies, ice cream, whole juice or hot soup, or slide a finger along the speed bar for manual control. The bundle pairs the motor base with a WildSide+ jar and a GO travel bottle, both run by a blunt blade.

Preset cycles and a slider replace knobs, so you start a program and walk away, or fine-tune speed by touch. A long residential warranty backs the machine. Cafes and juice bars should note that commercial use cancels that coverage.

Home kitchens that blend daily, from morning smoothies to blended soups, get preset programs and a portable bottle. Small businesses should not buy it, since commercial use voids the coverage.
