Overview
The Henkelion VEST-12LB-004 is a 12-pound neoprene weight vest in black, built for the running category per its spec listing.
Being labeled for running rather than general weight training points to a closer, low-bounce fit intended to stay stable at faster paces instead of a bulkier vest meant for lifting or rucking. Neoprene construction favors flexibility and breathability over the heavier canvas or nylon shells used on some strength-focused vests.

Who it's for
Suited to runners who want to add light resistance to a run without a bulky vest. Lifters looking for a heavier vest built for rucking or strength work should look at a higher-weight, non-running-specific option.
Pros and cons
- Neoprene stays flexible and breathable
- 12 pounds is manageable for running pace
- Fixed at 12 pounds, no adjustable load
- Not built for heavier strength or rucking work
Performance notes
The 12-pound load and neoprene material are calibrated for running rather than heavy lifting, favoring a closer fit and breathability so the vest does not bounce or overheat at pace. That same 12-pound ceiling means it will not offer the load range a dedicated strength vest provides.
