Overview
A set of adjustable wrist weights, two at 1 pound and two at 2 pounds, with a thumb loop lock and wide Velcro strap meant to keep them from sliding during walks or strength work.
A couple of buyers flagged real gaps worth weighing first: one measured the 2 lb weights closer to 1.5 lb, and another found the straps too short to close comfortably on an adult wrist.
- 1lb x2 and 2lb x2 weight pairs
- Thumb loop lock design
- Wide adjustable Velcro strap
- Neoprene construction
Who it's for
Works best for people with smaller wrists who want light, add-on resistance for walking or cardio.
Pros and cons
- Thumb loop stops sliding during use
- Comfortable enough for long walks
- Fits small wrists well
- Straps run short for larger wrists or forearms
- One buyer measured weights below the labeled amount
Performance notes
The thumb hole keeps the weight from sliding up or down the arm, and the wide Velcro strap wraps around the forearm to secure it. Two weight tiers, 1 pound and 2 pound pairs, let you mix and match load.
