Overview
The CAMBIVO exercise mat is a 7mm PVC gym mat sold in three sizes, 6x4, 7x5 and 8x6 feet, meant to cushion a home gym floor for jump rope, weight training and cardio work done in shoes.
The mat's job is protecting a concrete or hard garage floor as much as protecting joints, with a textured top for grip and a non-slip base to keep it from sliding during movement-heavy sessions. It ships with straps, a storage bag and a cleaning towel for rolling it away between workouts.
- 7mm high-density PVC construction
- Three size options from 24 to 48 square feet
- Non-slip bottom with textured top
- Includes storage straps, bag and cleaning towel
Who it's for
Suits anyone setting up a garage or home gym who needs one large mat to cover jump rope, weights and cardio in a defined space, and who wants to size the mat to their room rather than piecing together smaller tiles. Measure the floor space first, since the three sizes cover a wide range.
Pros and cons
- Available in three sizes to match different room dimensions
- 7mm PVC cushions concrete floors and reduces impact noise
- Shoe-friendly surface rated for jump rope and weight training
- Comes with straps, storage bag and cleaning towel
- Buyers must measure their space carefully given the range of sizes offered
Performance notes
At 7mm, the PVC layer is thick enough to muffle impact noise and cushion joints on concrete without feeling unstable underfoot during weight training. The textured top and non-slip bottom are meant to keep the mat from shifting or curling at the edges during movement-based workouts like jump rope and HIIT.
