Overview
The DS-MFAMZ017 ships as a 15 piece knife set with a combined item weight of about 0.14 kilograms, roughly 5 ounces. Amazon's listing does not specify blade length, blade material, or what the 15 pieces individually are, so confirm those details before buying if they matter to you.
At under 5 ounces total across 15 pieces, this is a lightweight set rather than a collection of full-size chef's knives, though the listing data stops short of describing what each piece actually is. Without a seller description or spec sheet, buyers are relying mainly on that track record.
- Sold as a 15 piece set
- Combined weight about 0.14 kg (5 oz)
- 4.4 average rating
Who it's for
Shoppers looking for a multi-piece knife set who are comfortable buying on rating and volume alone, since individual piece dimensions aren't published. Less suited to anyone who wants confirmed blade steel or size specs ahead of time.
Pros and cons
- No breakdown of what the 15 pieces are
- No blade material or length specified
Performance notes
The only measured spec available is total weight, about 0.14 kilograms for all 15 pieces, which works out to roughly 9 grams per piece on average. That is light enough to suggest smaller blades or accessory pieces rather than full-handled kitchen knives, though the listing does not break down the set's contents to confirm it.
