Overview
A single Prym H/5mm crochet hook with an inline hook head and a rubberized composite handle. Sized for worsted and similar mid-weight yarns, aimed at crocheters who want a grip-friendly hook for long sessions.
Prym hooks use an inline head, where the hook sits directly in line with the shaft rather than offset, a shape some crocheters prefer for control.
- Prym H / 5mm inline crochet hook
- Rubberized ergonomic grip
- Smooth shaft-to-handle transition
- Color-coded by hook size
Who it's for
Crocheters who rely on a fast, slick metal glide may prefer a bare metal hook instead.
Pros and cons
- Rubberized handle eases hand fatigue
- Inline head suits a knife grip
- One-piece build, no joint to break
- Coating can turn tacky and grabby with use
- Narrower hook opening can split yarn
- Not as slick as a bare metal hook
