Overview
A den with a long free wall is the home for this Playcraft Georgetown table, which has a hand-stained burnished finish and a cabinet for storage. A matching abacus, brush and wax are in the set.
A complete set with pucks, brush and wax means play can start after the table is leveled with the climate adjusters. The limits are the weight and the missing warranty and assembly detail.
Who it's for
Adult players with a long wall in a game room or basement and help to move a heavy table. Small rooms and renters who may move often should look at a lighter table.
Pros and cons
- Storage cabinet built in
- Accessories included in the set
- Climate adjusters named
- Hand-stained burnished finish
- Warranty not listed
- Assembly not described
- Heavy to move
Performance notes
Climate adjusters let the playfield be tuned to changes in air and humidity, which matters for puck glide on wood. A brush and wax keep the surface slick, and a level floor helps the board play true.
