Overview
Not a full height floor board, this is a tabletop ironing board that rests on a table or counter. An alloy steel frame folds away for storage, and non-slip feet hold it in place.
Choose it when space is the limit and ironing happens at a table. The foldable frame and non-slip feet suit small homes. The board is small, the listing says little about cover or padding, and its heat resistance is not stated.
Who it's for
People short on storage who iron the occasional shirt on a table will manage with this size. Frequent ironers, and anyone pressing long items such as tablecloths or curtains, need a full size board.
Pros and cons
- Foldable for storage
- Alloy steel frame
- Tabletop use saves space
- Small ironing surface
- Cover and padding details missing
- No heat rating given
- Listed height looks large for a tabletop board
Performance notes
A tabletop board gets its stability from the table it rests on plus the non-slip feet, so a steady, flat table matters. The narrow surface limits what can lie flat, and the alloy steel frame carries the load while ironing. Heat resistance and padding are not described, so check the cover before using high heat.
