Overview
A 10.1 inch WiFi photo frame with a 1280x800 IPS touchscreen and 32GB of built-in storage, built around the Frameo app so relatives can send photos and short video clips to the frame from anywhere instead of mailing prints.
Akimart's frame runs on the same Frameo platform used across most WiFi photo frames on Amazon, so the real feature is the app rather than the screen: any relative with the free Frameo app can push a photo or a short clip straight to the display. The calendar, weather and collage extras give it some use beyond just cycling photos.
- 10.1 inch 1280x800 IPS touchscreen
- 32GB built-in storage plus microSD expansion
- Frameo app sends photos and clips up to 15 seconds
- Calendar sync, six-photo collage mode, and emoji reactions
Who it's for
Best suited to buyers picking a gift for a relative in another household who wants a steady stream of family photos without printing or curating anything themselves. Less useful for someone who wants to load a memory card once and never touch an app again.
Pros and cons
- Family members can send photos and clips remotely
- 32GB built-in storage plus microSD expansion
- Touchscreen auto-rotates between portrait and landscape
- Calendar, weather, and clock overlays add daily use
- Depends on WiFi and family using the app
- Video clips capped at 15 seconds each
- Collage mode limited to six photos at once
Performance notes
The frame connects over WiFi to receive photos and clips of up to 15 seconds through the Frameo app, while the touchscreen and orientation sensor handle switching between portrait and landscape on the detachable stand. The 32GB of built-in memory, plus a microSD slot, gives it room for a large rotating library without anyone needing to manage a computer.
