Overview
A Wi-Fi link and the Aura app feed the Aura Carver frame, so photos and short videos sent from any phone appear on its landscape screen. Portrait pairing places two vertical shots side by side, and the display adjusts brightness to the room.
Remote family sharing without a monthly fee makes it simple to keep grandparents up to date. The screen is a modest HD panel rather than a large one, and the frame runs only on a cord.
Who it's for
Grandparents and relatives who want new photos without touching a computer get a frame others can fill. Those wanting a large wall display will find it small.
Pros and cons
- No subscription for storage
- Family can add photos from anywhere
- Plays short videos with sound
- Portrait pairing for vertical shots
- Needs a power cord
- Modest screen size
- Requires Wi-Fi to receive photos
Performance notes
Photos arrive over Wi-Fi from the app, email or text, so a weak home network slows uploads. The panel calibrates color and adjusts to ambient light, and automatic on and off saves power overnight.
