Overview
Korg makes this model as a stage vintage piano with a full set of eighty-eight keys, a USB connection and a quarter inch headphone jack. It runs from a power cord.
The reason to look at it is the plain feature set: a full key count, USB for a computer link and headphone output for quiet practice. The limitation is data quality, since dimensions are given with different figures and no weight is given.
Who it's for
Home players and beginners who plan to link the piano to a computer by cable will find the connections they need. Buyers with a tight space, or who must lift the instrument often, should confirm size and weight with the seller first.
Pros and cons
- Full eighty-eight key layout
- Headphone jack for quiet practice
- Two year warranty
- Dimensions listed in conflicting ways
- Style entry describes a mic stand
- Weight absent from the listing
Performance notes
The key count sets the playing range, and the USB port carries data to a computer. Without a speaker listed, the sound goes out through the headphone jack or other outputs the listing does not describe. Sound engine and key action are not detailed.
