Overview
A battery powered automatic feeder holding 7 liters of dry kibble, with a programmable timer for up to four meals a day, portion control and a built-in voice recorder.
Despite the brand line reading Automatic and Faroro in places, the underlying manufacturer part number and warranty data point to Roffie Pet, model PF30. It is built for dry kibble only and runs on batteries rather than a mains cord, which makes it usable away from an outlet but also means feeding continues only as long as the batteries hold charge.
- 7 liter dry food capacity
- Up to 4 programmable meals daily
- Voice recorder and distribution alarm
- Battery powered, ABS plastic housing
Who it's for
Fits owners who need scheduled, portioned dry food dispensing for a cat or small dog while away at work or traveling short stretches. Not built for wet food or multiple large dogs sharing one hopper.
Pros and cons
- Programmable for up to 4 meals a day
- Portion control for dry kibble
- Voice recorder for a custom feeding call
- Runs on batteries, no outlet required
- Dry food only, not suited to wet food
- Batteries required but not included
- Single hopper, not built for multi-pet feeding
Performance notes
The unit dispenses on a programmed timer up to four times a day, with distribution alarms to alert the pet at feeding time and a voice recorder so an owner can record a call to eat message. Being battery powered rather than plug in, reliability depends on keeping batteries fresh, since there is no listed backup power separate from the primary source.
