Cat Mate 2 Meal Automatic Feeder with Ice Pack

Overview

The Cat Mate Automatic Feeder is a battery-operated, 2-meal timed feeder with an ice pack compartment for wet food, built for portion control on cats and small dogs, with roughly 14 oz of total capacity split across two bowls.

The title is explicit that this feeder runs with no WiFi and no app, a mechanical timer only, even though the spec sheet also lists a WiFi connectivity field, which appears to be a data error carried over from a template. Buyers looking for phone control should look elsewhere, since this is a simple two-bowl timer feeder.

• 2 timed meals with ice pack for wet food
• 14 oz total capacity across two bowls
• No WiFi or app, battery operated
• Dishwasher safe polypropylene construction

Who it's for

Fits owners who want scheduled portion control for wet or dry food without setting up an app, such as for an overnight absence or a midday feeding while at work. The included ice pack is meant to keep wet food fresh for the second meal.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The feeder uses a mechanical timer to release two separate compartments at set times, and the ice pack sits beneath the wet food bowl to slow spoilage until the second meal opens. It runs on batteries rather than a plug, so a scheduled feeding still fires during a power outage, though batteries are required and not included.
