Overview
CooZero's artificial grass mat measures 47.3 by 31.5 inches and is built for dog potty training and small outdoor spaces such as balconies and patios. A rubber backing with drainage holes lets liquid pass through for rinse-off cleaning rather than pooling on top.
Sized as a mat rather than a lawn, this pairs naturally with apartment balconies, small patios and indoor potty-training setups more than open yard coverage. The drainage holes are the feature that actually matters for a pet product: without them, a synthetic turf mat just traps urine on the surface, so check that any placement lets liquid run through rather than sit.
- 47.3 x 31.5 inch artificial grass mat
- Rubber backing with drainage holes for cleaning
- Suited to potty training, balconies, patios and pool decks
- Rinses clean with soap and water
Who it's for
Fits apartment or condo dog owners, small patios and indoor potty-training corners where a full yard turf installation is not practical. Not a substitute for a large-scale outdoor artificial lawn, given the mat's fixed size.
Pros and cons
- Drainage holes let liquid clear instead of pooling
- Trims to fit balconies, crates or odd corners
- Softer underfoot than bare concrete or gravel
- No mowing, watering or fertilizing required
- Fixed mat size, not a full-yard turf solution
- Synthetic turf needs regular rinsing to stay odor-free
Performance notes
The rubber backing with drainage holes is designed to let liquid clear the surface quickly during cleaning, and the mat can be trimmed to fit odd spaces since it is sold as a single cut piece rather than a locking tile system. It is described as suited to both hot and freezing conditions, useful for year-round outdoor placement.
