Overview
A plastic bat and ball backyard set carrying David Ortiz's Ortiz34 branding, pairing two 29-inch graffiti-printed bats with two lightweight plastic balls for casual play.
Built around backyard-safe materials rather than league specs, this set skips barrel diameter or drop-weight ratings in favor of a contoured grip handle and soft plastic balls meant for pitches like fastballs, curveballs and sliders without the risk of a hard ball. It reads as a family or gift set rather than training equipment for organized leagues.
- Two 29-inch graffiti-print plastic bats
- Two 9-inch plastic balls included
- Contoured, non-slip grip handle
- Ortiz34 branded backyard set
Who it's for
Suits families wanting a casual, safe bat and ball set for kids, teens or adults to play in a yard or park. Not a substitute for a regulation bat when official specs are needed for a league.
Pros and cons
- Includes two bats and two balls in one set
- Lightweight, durable plastic construction
- Contoured grip handle for control
- Suitable across kids, teens and adults
- Plastic build not intended for hard-ball play
- No regulation length or weight specs for league use
Performance notes
The lightweight plastic construction and contoured grip favor control over power, which is the point for a backyard set where the priority is safe, repeatable contact rather than exit velocity.
