Overview
Wired over-ear headphones for kids with a two-level volume switch (74dBA and 85dBA) for quieter settings or noisier ones like airplanes, plus a built-in microphone and 3.5mm cord for tablets and laptops.
Where the standard HS19 uses one fixed volume ceiling, this version adds a switch between 74dBA and 85dBA, letting a parent step the volume up slightly for noisy environments like a car or plane cabin without removing the safety cap entirely. The build is otherwise the same over-ear, foldable, share-port design as the rest of the line.
- Two-level volume switch: 74dBA and 85dBA
- Built-in HD mic for calls and classes
- Foldable, over-ear, share-port design
Who it's for
Parents who want a wired kids headset with some volume flexibility rather than a single fixed level, and who value a brand they can keep re-buying as one child ages or a sibling needs a pair.
Pros and cons
- Wired 3.5mm only, no Bluetooth
- One reviewer's pair broke under rough handling by a young child
Performance notes
The two-level switch changes the volume ceiling in the headphone circuitry itself, so 74dBA suits quiet indoor use while 85dBA is there for noisier settings like a car or airplane cabin, without the child ever having access to full, uncapped volume.
