Overview
Clamping to a desk or wheel stand, this HORI wheel gives Xbox and PC racers a full-size rim, paddle shifters and a pedal set over a USB cable. Dead zone, pedal sensitivity and turn ratio can be tuned on the fly.
Official Microsoft licensing means it works with the console and recent Xbox racing games without adapters. The listing does not mention force feedback, and the rotation range is short for sim racing.
Who it's for
Console racers moving up from a gamepad get a real wheel and pedals here. Dedicated sim drivers who want feedback through the rim should look higher.
Pros and cons
- Official Xbox license
- Switchable turn ratio
- Adjustable dead zone and pedal sensitivity
- Paddle shifters included
- Force feedback not listed
- Short rotation range for sims
- Corded USB only
- No PlayStation support
Performance notes
Steering feel depends on the rotation range and the dead zone setting, which can be tightened for quick arcade turns. The clamp holds it in place, so a sturdy desk or stand stops it shifting under hard turns.
