Overview
A sim racing newcomer gets a full set in the PXN wheel kit, with a dual motor force feedback wheel, three Hall sensor pedals and a gated shifter. A phone app tunes force feedback and maps buttons, and the wheel rim detaches.
A wheel, three pedals and a shifter in one kit cover what a beginner needs to start racing. Force feedback is modest compared with direct drive wheels, and the newest PlayStation is not on the compatibility list.
Who it's for
New sim racers on PC and Xbox who want force feedback and a manual shifter get a complete starter rig. Experienced drivers wanting stronger, finer feedback should look at direct drive bases.
Pros and cons
- Wheel, pedals and shifter included
- Dual motor force feedback
- Hall sensor pedals
- Detachable wheel rim
- Newest PlayStation not listed
- Desk clamp for wheel not described
- Modest force feedback strength
Performance notes
Feedback strength comes from the dual motors, which convey bumps and slides but cannot match direct drive detail. Hall sensor pedals read position magnetically, so they stay linear without wearing contacts.
