Catch Co Mike Bucca's Baby Bull Gill Swimbait

Overview

A 3.75 inch topwater plug from the Catch Googan Squad line, molded from ABS injected plastic and rigged with a treble hook for bass fishing. Weighs 0.75 ounces and comes in the Ruby Gill color pattern.

Despite sitting under the Fishing Plugs category, the listed technique is treble hook, consistent with a hard bait plug rather than a soft lure. The Googan Squad branding points to the bass-focused lure line associated with that group, and the target species field confirms bass as the intended catch.

• 3.75 inch ABS plastic body
• Treble hook rigging
• Targets bass
• Ruby Gill color

Who it's for

Bass anglers looking to add a hard plastic plug to their topwater or reaction bait rotation. Not built as a finesse or bottom lure given its treble hook rigging.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

ABS injected plastic gives the plug a rigid hard bait body, and 0.75 ounces sits in a castable range for standard bass rods. The treble hook is typical for plug-style lures built for solid hookups on aggressive strikes.
