Overview
An extra-large 7mm exercise mat sold in three footprints (12x6 ft, 10x6 ft, and 6x8 ft) aimed at home gym floors and routines that need more room than a standard mat.
The extra size is the real pitch here, giving you room to move through a full workout without stepping off the mat, rather than the compact single-pose footprint of a standard yoga mat. It uses a double-sided non-slip surface over 7mm memory foam.
- Available in 12'x6', 10'x6' or 6'x8' sizes
- 7mm thick memory foam
- Double-sided non-slip surface
- No latex, phthalate or silicone in the mat
Who it's for
Fits people setting up a dedicated home gym corner who want one mat to cover pilates, stretching, light cardio and floor work. Less useful if you only need a mat for a single rolled-up yoga session or have limited floor space.
Pros and cons
- Large footprint covers multiple exercises without repositioning
- 7mm padding for joint support
- Double-sided non-slip texture
- Large size needs significant floor and storage space
- Heavier than a standard single mat
Performance notes
The 7mm foam layer is meant to cushion knees and elbows during floor work, while the grooved, matrix-circle underside is designed to grip the floor and resist sliding during movement.
