Overview
This NBR yoga mat is listed at 15mm thick with a double-sided textured, non-slip surface and a carry strap, sized at 185 by 62 centimeters. It is aimed at yoga, pilates, and general floor-based exercise.
At least one buyer found the thickness printed on the physical packaging did not match the 15mm figure in the online listing, and reported the mat did not include the carry strap described online, so it is worth confirming both details on arrival. Buyers otherwise describe it as cushioned enough for a 60-year-old's joints while staying stable underfoot.
- 185cm x 62cm x 15mm listed size
- Double-sided textured, non-slip surface
- Moisture-resistant, wipes clean with a damp cloth
- Carry strap included per the online listing
Pros and cons
- Thick cushioning comfortable for older joints and knees
- Lightweight and easy to roll for storage
Performance notes
The NBR foam gives the mat noticeable cushioning underfoot without feeling too soft to stay stable during standing poses. Grip has been inconsistent in practice: some buyers call it non-slip while others report the mat sliding during use, so floor type may affect how it performs.
