The AMZCHEF YL-7007 is a 30 inch drop-in ceramic glass cooktop with four radiant zones totaling 7000W: two 1200W elements and two 2300W elements on a 240V, 60Hz supply. Each zone gets its own rotary knob, and the unit is hard wired rather than plugged in.
Radiant ceramic sits between coil and induction. It works with any flat-bottomed pan regardless of metal, so nothing in your cupboard becomes obsolete, but the glass holds heat after the knob is off and the surface stains if a spill is left to bake on. Safety hardware is limited to over-heating shutdown, pan detection and a hot surface indicator.

Performance notes
