Overview
A cargo trailer, truck bed or motorcycle rack gets two wide polyester straps that wind themselves back into a housing. S-hooks attach at the ends, and the retracting design stores the webbing without loose tails.
Wider webbing than the one inch retractable pack and tangle-free storage are the reasons to choose this pair. The limitation is the unclear rating, since the title gives one number and the load capacity row gives a lower one.
Who it's for
Riders and trailer owners who want wide retractable straps and prefer neat storage. Buyers who need a documented working load limit should ask the seller, because the listing lacks one.
Pros and cons
- Capacity figures differ
- Working load limit not stated
- Only two straps in the pack
Performance notes
The ratchet tightens the webbing and the internal spring winds the slack away, which prevents loose ends from dragging. Wider webbing spreads load across the strap, but the stated load capacity is still the figure to respect.
