Overview

The oneisall X2 is a cordless, two speed pet clipper built for cats and small dogs, sold with six guide combs from 3mm to 18mm, an LCD charge display, and a washable blade.

Marketed toward matted and long haired coats, it runs on a rechargeable battery that takes about 3 hours to charge over USB, which keeps it cord free but ties top up time to how the battery is managed between grooming sessions. Two speed settings let an owner slow the blade down for nervous or noise sensitive animals.

Who it's for

Suits owners grooming cats, small dogs, or other small animals at home who want a quiet cordless clipper with adjustable guide lengths. Less suited to owners with large or heavily coated dogs, since it is positioned for cats and small breeds.

Pros and cons

Pros

Six guide combs cover 3mm to 18mm
Two speed motor for noise sensitive pets
Washable blade simplifies cleanup
2 year manufacturer warranty

Cons

Charge time runs about 3 hours
Sized for cats and small dogs, not larger breeds

Performance notes

The blade cuts between 3mm and 44mm depending on the guide comb attached, and the two speed motor is the main lever for matching noise and vibration to a skittish animal. Because the blade is washable rather than fully waterproof, cleaning is meant to happen after use rather than during a wet bath.
