Overview
Shooting ultra HD video on a camera and offloading it to a phone or laptop is the workflow this SanDisk bundle covers. Two Extreme PRO cards, a dual slot card reader and a rugged storage case come together.
Two cards let a shooter swap mid-day while the reader moves footage off the full one, and the fast read speed shortens offloads. Writes are much slower than reads, and the listing shows no warranty.
Who it's for
Suited to photographers and video creators who swap cards on location and offload to a laptop or phone. Devices with only a microSD slot cannot use these cards.
Pros and cons
- Two cards for swapping on shoots
- Fast reads shorten offloads
- Rated for ultra HD video
- Card reader included
- Write speed well below read speed
- No warranty listed
- Reader connector types not stated
- Full-size SD, not microSD
Performance notes
Offload time depends on the reader and host as well as the card's read speed, while the slower write speed governs how fast footage records. The video speed class sets the sustained write a camera can count on for steady recording.
