Overview
The Intex PureSpa is an inflatable hot tub sized for 6 people, sold with an energy-efficient spa cover. It belongs to Intex's PureSpa inflatable line rather than a rigid acrylic hot tub.
Being inflatable, it sets up and stores differently than a hard-shell spa: it can be deflated for off-season storage but relies on its PVC construction holding air and heat rather than a permanent shell.
- 6-person capacity
- Inflatable PureSpa design
- Energy-efficient spa cover included
- Storable when deflated
Who it's for
Suits a household that wants a larger group spa without a permanent installation, and is fine with the setup and seasonal storage that comes with an inflatable design. Not a fit for anyone wanting a permanent, hard-shell hot tub.
Pros and cons
- Seats up to 6 people
- Inflatable design allows for seasonal storage
- Energy-efficient cover included
- No jet count, pump, or dimension specs listed
- Inflatable spas require setup and takedown that a hard-shell tub does not
Performance notes
As an inflatable spa, it depends on its PVC walls staying pressurized to hold shape and heat while running; the energy-efficient cover is meant to reduce heat loss between soaks. No jet count, pump specs, or dimensions are provided in the listing data available here.
