Overview
JOILCAN builds the AH75 as a travel tripod that carries a camera or phone on a pan head, with aluminum legs that extend in sections to a tall standing height. Folded down, it packs into the included carrying bag.
Reaching standing height while folding short enough for a carry bag makes it easy to bring along for travel, events and video calls. It is not built for wet weather, since the listing marks it not water resistant.
Who it's for
Content creators, families taking group photos and travelers who need height without much bulk will get use from it. Photographers carrying heavy telephoto kit, or anyone shooting in rain, should not buy it.
Pros and cons
- Tall maximum height for standing shots
- Folds compact for travel
- Phone mount included
- Two quick release plates
- Not water resistant
- Pan head only, no ball head
- Load limit excludes heavy lens rigs
- Four leg sections add setup time
Performance notes
Stability depends on how far the leg sections are extended and how close the load is to the rated limit. The pan handle controls framing, and the spirit level helps square the horizon before shooting.
