The M310 is a front dash camera recording 1296P QHD with a 130-degree field of view, WDR for low-light balance, and built-in WiFi for phone app pairing. Parking monitor and time-lapse modes need the separately sold hardwire kit to run.
The core recording specs (1296P, WDR, G-sensor) work out of the box, but two of the marketed features, parking surveillance and time-lapse, are gated behind the 70mai UP03 hardwire kit that isn't included. That's worth knowing before buying if those two modes were the reason for the purchase.

Performance notes
The 3-megapixel sensor at 2304x1296 resolution is aimed at reading plates and signs rather than just general footage, and WDR balances exposure so tunnels or glare don't blow out the image. Loop recording keeps overwriting the microSD card automatically, but a G-sensor hit locks that clip into a separate emergency folder so it survives the loop, and the card itself needs to be Class 10 or faster or write speed becomes the bottleneck.
