Overview
A single-wheel ab roller with a 2 inch, slightly rounded wheel meant to narrow the contact surface and add balance demand compared with a flat wide wheel. The steel core is rated to 500 pounds and the handles are wrapped in grooved EVA foam.
Vinsguir positions the narrower, rounded wheel as the harder version of a standard ab roller, trading a wide stable base for more core and stabilizer engagement. It ships mostly assembled, needing only the handles attached to the steel shaft.
- 2 inch rounded wheel for added challenge
- EVA rubber cotton grip handles
- 500 lb rated steel core
- Ships mostly pre-assembled
Who it's for
Lifters who already have some core strength and want more instability in a roller, rather than someone doing their first rollout ever. It also suits anyone who wants a compact piece of equipment that stores in a drawer or bag between home workouts.
Pros and cons
- Does not come apart easily for travel or packing
- Handles are fixed rather than the slide-on style of an earlier version
Performance notes
The steel core handles rated loads up to 500 pounds, and the EVA finger-groove handles are meant to keep grip secure as hands sweat.
