Overview
A recumbent elliptical cross trainer with moveable arm handles, 16 levels of electromagnetic resistance and a 300 lb weight capacity, aimed at low-impact home cardio and rehab.
Buyers frequently use this machine as part of physical therapy, citing recovery from hip replacement, leg nerve damage and falls, and several praise how it accommodates larger body sizes and heavier weights without feeling unstable. It is a heavy piece of equipment to move and assemble, and at least one reviewer found the seat lock didn't hold under extended use.
- 16 levels of electromagnetic resistance
- 12 pre-programmed plus 4 custom workouts
- SunnyFit app with Bluetooth connectivity
- 300 lb maximum weight capacity
Who it's for
Suits people wanting a quiet, low-impact, full-body cardio machine at home or for rehab, including larger-frame users up to the rated 300 lb capacity. Less suited to anyone who needs to relocate the machine solo or expects clinical-grade seat hardware.
Pros and cons
- Low-impact motion suited to rehab and recovery
- Handles larger riders up to 300 lbs
- Heavy, generally needs two people to assemble
- Seat lock can slip during longer sessions
- Display described as hard to read
Performance notes
The 16 electromagnetic resistance levels scale from a light recovery pace up to a demanding workout, and the moveable handles paired with elliptical pedals let you work arms and legs together or on their own.
