Overview
Small businesses printing spreadsheets, flyers and plans get a color inkjet that prints ledger size and ships with a long running ink supply. It also copies, scans and faxes, with a feeder for stacks and a flatbed for books.
Ledger size printing plus a big ink allowance lets a small office print color work in house without frequent cartridge runs. Its size and weight need a dedicated stand or sturdy desk.
Who it's for
Architects, real estate offices and home businesses with color and large format needs get room to grow. Light users with little desk space will find it oversized.
Pros and cons
- Ledger size printing
- Large ink supply in the box
- Three paper input options
- Many connection options
- Heavy and large
- Inkjet output, not laser
- Ink duration depends on usage
Performance notes
Print speed and durability come from the MaxiDrive inkjet engine, built for higher volume than standard home inkjets. Ink use drops through high yield INKvestment cartridges and the Eco and Ink Save modes, which trim ink use on drafts.
