Overview
A backyard lawn is the setting for this GoSports croquet set, which has hardwood mallets with faux leather wrapped handles and a brown stained wooden stand that holds everything. The set includes balls, wickets and stakes for six players.
The reason to buy is the full kit and the stand that doubles as a display, so the set stores neatly at home. The limitation is a short warranty window that runs through a retail dealer.
Who it's for
A household or party host with a lawn and up to six players, including older kids. Competitive croquet players who need regulation mallets and balls should look at a different set.
Pros and cons
- Six mallets and six balls
- Hardwood mallets, wrapped handles
- Wooden stand for storage
- Handles suit all ages
- Not a tournament set
- Short warranty, dealer claims only
- No lawn setup guide listed
Performance notes
Mallet length decides comfort: long handles let adults and kids play without bending much. Hardwood heads take the hit on the ball, while the faux leather wrap improves grip and control.
