Overview
Dr. Elsey's R&R is an 18 lb bag of clumping clay cat litter, unscented, positioned as a stress-reducing formula from Precious Cat Inc.
The R&R name points to a stress-reducing angle rather than odor control being the main pitch, though the listing does not detail what makes the clumping clay formula stress-reducing beyond the product name and category placement. It is sold unscented, which some cats tolerate better than fragranced litters, and it is backed by a stated money-back guarantee.
- 18 lb bag
- Clumping clay formula
- Unscented
- Money-back guarantee stated by manufacturer
Who it's for
Owners of cats sensitive to scented litters, or households wanting a clumping clay formula from Dr. Elsey's, a brand with several litter lines already established. Not the choice for owners specifically wanting a scented litter.
Pros and cons
- Unscented clumping clay formula
- 18 lb bag size
- Backed by a money-back guarantee
- No scent option in this listing for odor masking
- Clay litter is heavier to carry and store than lightweight alternatives
Performance notes
As a clay clumping formula, the litter is designed to form solid clumps around waste for easy scooping, and being unscented removes fragrance as a variable for cats that avoid scented litter boxes.
