Overview
A two bag pack of Michu's tofu based clumping cat litter in watermelon scent, each bag around 5.5 lb. Suited to cat owners looking for a plant based litter alternative to clay.
Tofu litters are typically made from soybean or corn byproducts and marketed as lower dust than clay, though this listing does not spell out flushability, so that claim is left out here. The material is listed as corn based, and it comes scented, which will not suit cats or owners sensitive to fragranced litter.
- Two 5.5 lb bags of tofu based clumping litter
- Corn material, pellet form
- Watermelon scent
- Marketed as fast clumping
Who it's for
Cat owners wanting a plant based clumping litter and comfortable with a scented product. Not a fit for households needing an unscented litter for a fragrance sensitive cat.
Pros and cons
- Plant based, corn derived litter as a clay alternative
- Marketed as fast clumping and easy to scoop
- Sold as a two bag pack
- No customer review text available
- Scented formula will not suit fragrance sensitive cats or owners
Performance notes
The litter is described as fast clumping and easy to scoop, formed from corn material in pellet form. Selling it as a two pack gives owners a bit of reserve supply without buying a bulk case.
