Overview
Heroes of Goo Jit Zu shrinks its stretchy battling figures into a mini format, and this Mega pack bundles ten of them together. Each one is a squishy thermoplastic rubber figure that kids stretch, wrap around each other and squash in mock battles.
Getting a whole group of characters at once means a child can stage battles straight out of the box. Gold and silver deco versions add a collector angle. The minis are small, and the listing repeats one character name, so the exact lineup is worth checking against the photo.
Who it's for
Kids who already love Goo Jit Zu and want a crowd of heroes for tabletop battles will get the most out of this set. Children who lose small toys easily may be better with the larger single figures.
Pros and cons
- Ten figures in one box
- Stretch and squish play needs no setup
- Gold and silver deco versions included
- Three Dino Power minis in the mix
- Small figures are easy to lose
- Character list repeats a name
- No accessories or playset listed
Performance notes
The thermoplastic rubber shell is what lets each mini stretch and spring back, and wrapping them around each other is the core battle play. Rough pulling on thin limbs is the main stress point on any stretch figure.
