Overview
Not a stiff plastic Sonic, this Heroes of Goo Jit Zu figure has a goo-filled body that stretches and snaps back. Squeezing the middle reveals a Chaos Emerald hidden inside the goo.
Pulling and squishing are the main fun, and the hidden emerald adds a discovery moment. It returns to shape without mess, but it does not hold poses like a jointed figure.
Who it's for
Suited to children who fidget and enjoy tactile play. Those looking for a detailed collectible should look at a standard Sonic figure.
Pros and cons
- Stretches and returns to shape
- Hidden emerald to discover
- No mess from the goo
- Sturdy, stretchy build
- Single character only
Performance notes
The goo filling lets the body squish and stretch while the outer skin pulls it back into shape. Squeezing pushes the goo aside so the hidden Chaos Emerald becomes visible.
