Sig Sauer KILO4K 6x22 Laser Monocular Rangefinder

Overview

A Bluetooth-enabled laser rangefinder rated to 4000 yards, built with optical image stabilization, Applied Ballistics Ultralite, and coated lenses for hunting and tactical ranging use.

Optical image stabilization is meant to steady the image against hand shake, which matters most at the rangefinder's longer ranging distances where a shaky view makes it harder to hold on target. Onboard environmental sensors feed real-time data into the built-in ballistics calculator, and BDX 2.0 Bluetooth lets it pair with compatible SIG ballistic turrets. A 4x scan mode is aimed at quickly reading moving or multiple targets at range.

• Rated ranging distance up to 4000 yards
• Bluetooth BDX 2.0 connectivity
• Applied Ballistics Ultralite onboard
• Optical image stabilization

Who it's for

Suits hunters and shooters who want a rangefinder that pairs with a ballistics app and compatible turret dials rather than a standalone unit. Less necessary for anyone who only ranges at short, fixed distances.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The Lightwave DSP engine and HyperScan power management are built to keep the refresh rate fast during ranging, while the 4x scan mode is meant for quickly picking up distance across several points. Spectracoat anti-reflection coatings and LensArmor scratch resistance target image clarity and lens durability over repeated field use. Real-world ranging performance and battery life aren't detailed in the available data.
