Overview
Parents juggling a fussy baby get a motorized swing from Ingenuity whose seat rotates and swings in three directions. A light-up mobile, sound pad and remote give lots of ways to soothe or entertain.
A wide choice of motions and sounds in one swing means more chances to find what settles a baby. Wheels and a handle make it easy to move around the house. Power comes from USB, and you need to supply the wall adaptor.
Who it's for
Infants who calm with motion and sound will benefit, and parents get a remote to adjust without disturbing them. Babies past nine months or the weight limit need other seating.
Pros and cons
- Rotating, multi-direction seat
- Many speeds and sound options
- Light-up mobile with toys
- Wheels for moving rooms
- Wall adaptor not included
Performance notes
Soothing depends on matching motion and sound to the baby: direction, speed and timer set the motion, and the pad sets the sound. The recline choice shifts between rest and play. A steady USB power source gives consistent motion.
